Are there any products that I can’t sell at the event?

Great question! We appreciate you checking with us beforehand!

This is a family event with basic licensing and insurance.

Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), Cannabidiol (CBD), and alcohol-infused products are prohibited
Adult-themed products (including R-rated language on products) are prohibited. Please keep product language under PG-13.
Selling fresh food is prohibited. We encourage vendors to email EsotericVancouver@gmail.com if they wish to sell pre-packaged food items at the event

Can I use my display rack instead of a table?

Of course, as long as it’s less than the width of the table(s) you have booked.
Let us know as soon as possible so we don’t set up a table in your space.

You can also book an 8-foot space with a 6-foot table.

Do I need to bring my own table cover and skirt?

Yes. The rental tables are standard, bare 6—and 8-foot tables.
For presentation purposes (and also to help you look professional and at your best), we ask all vendors to bring table covers and skirts that cover from table to floor.

Is power available near my booth?

Unfortunately, A/C power outlets are not available at the tables.
We have opted not to have additional outlets under recommendations to keep things simple and cost-effective for vendors and attendees.

Be sure to fully charge all your devices the night before each market day. Bring a backup battery charger if you have one.

Emergency charging near the Esoteric Vancouver table is available with no guarantee of the security of your device(s).

When can I set up my table?

As early as 9:00 Saturday morning.

As the Yaletown Roundhouse staff recommended, loading is the easiest at the street level in the loading zone area or the underground Easy Park Parkade, as indicated on the map.

A small section of the temporary street-level Community Centre Drop-off zone is shared with the Community Centre patrons and emergency service vehicles on Pacific Boulevard near Davie Street. We asked all vendors to use this for emergency drop-off only.

Where do I park?

There are three parkades and limited neighbourhood street parking available. You may park your vehicle(s) in any one of these options.

Can I get a receipt for event-related costs?

Yes. All table rentals and booklet sales invoices will be available to all vendors. Just ask, and we will email them to you.
