I’d love to support the vendor I like! How do the coupons work?

Woo-hoo! We love supporting our vendors, too! Here’s how our coupons work:

1. To get your hands on our exclusive coupon book, purchase it online through one of our vendor affiliation links. The link you choose will determine which vendor benefits from your support as part of our profit-sharing effort.
2. On the day of the Esoteric Arts Fair (Sunday, July 21, 2024), pick up your physical coupon book with your valid ID at the Esoteric Vancouver event booth.
3. All coupons are redeemable only at the fair on the event day, ensuring you enjoy excellent deals while supporting local artisans and practitioners.

I don’t know if I’ll be able to use all the coupons. Can I share my coupons with my friends and family?

Absolutely! You may have multiple people sharing one booklet. Just remember that each coupon can only be used once.

What is a SUPER Early-bird price? How is it different than your other pricing?

Yes! Thank you for asking! Our SUPER early-bird price is our biggest thank you to our vendors’ loyal supporters and is created exclusively for them. This price is not released to the general public or promoted officially on our event social media.

Remember, our coupon booklet, worth over $100 CAD, is packed with fantastic deals from our local vendors. You’ll find something special on every page, from handcrafted goods to unique art pieces.

Do I have to print out the coupons?

After completing your purchase, you do not have to print out anything. You’ll need a valid ID on the event day to pick up your physical coupon booklet at the Esoteric Vancouver booth.
